Exterior Repaint for Improved Curb Appeal – Salt Lake County, UT

We were contracted to repaint the exterior of this home in Salt Lake County, which featured a combination of vinyl and aluminum siding. The scope of work also included painting the soffit, fascia, and gutters, as well as repainting the front door in a bold red to create a strong visual pop.

Because the home included brick, we used a masonry-specific paint designed to remain breathable and prevent moisture from being trapped. The entire exterior was thoroughly prepped, including pressure washing where appropriate, before painting began. The project was completed over the course of one week.

The transformation speaks for itself. The homeowners were preparing to sell and wanted to significantly improve curb appeal, and it paid off. The home ultimately sold well above the asking price.
